We stayed in a lovely hotel with a prime location near the subway station, making it easy to get around. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the free water bottles provided in the lobby and the hallways. Though we couldn't get assistance from the hotel with arranging a taxi, this small issue wasn't a big deal. it was a great stay and we would happily recommend this hotel to others.

We had a comfortable stay with good internet and cozy air-conditioned rooms. The hotel provided us with clean rooms and even sanitary wipes for extra cleanliness. The location was convenient as it was just a short walk to the Metro and nearby shops, including a bakery, convenience store, and sandwich shop.
None.

I had a wonderful New Year experience. the hotel room was well-organized, neat, and tidy; the cleaning staff left sanitary wipes in case you need to clean up. the location of the hotel was a plus too! It is centrally located; you can easily access the shopping mall, convenience store, sandwich stores, and metro trains within a few steps. the interior design of the room was thoughtful, so even though it wasn't vast, it felt spacious. One other noteworthy aspect was the friendly staff that helped from the restaurant to housekeeping.
The unresponsive mini-fridge that I had in my room. When I opened it to store my chocolates and sweets, it released a strange odor.

The hotel was located in a nice area, which made it convenient to explore the city. The room was pleasantly decorated and felt cozy. The bed was comfortable, which ensured a good night’s sleep.
The experience was not quite perfect. The room was on the small side and lacked sufficient space for luggage.
